FormFill uses the same technology that allows you to create text messages by speaking into your smart phone. Spoken audio recordings are sent to text-recognition cloud providers supported by the Google Chrome web browser and text is returned to FormFill using a standard speech recognition program interface.
WebDev LLC makes no claims about the privacy of transcribed audio, as it passes over the internet, is handled by the Google speech recognition service, and is returned to your web browser. A best guess is that privacy is as good as the site on which forms are being filled, and can be compromised by any malware on your computer.
All audio and text handled by FormFill are strictly limited to residence in your web browser, the text-recognition service, the web site on which forms are being filled and internet connections among them. No audio-to-text transcriptions are ever transmitted to WebDev LLC.
WebDev LLC manages the easyformfill.com web site, the FormFill product, and the billing process.
WebDev LLC never shares customer information with 3rd parties.
WebDev LLC uses billing services supplied by stripe.com in a PCI-compliant manner.
As with smart phone texting, word recognition is not always accurate, and speaking clearly is important.
Loud background conversation will sometimes be picked up. You should always proof-read the transcription.
WebDev LLC takes no responsibility for the accuracy of transcriptions created using FormFill.
Due to the complexity of some web pages, FormFill will not alway be able to carry out its work, and will sometimes interfere with the intended operation of an existing web page.
When there is an incompatibility between FormFill and a web page, it will be immediately obvious. No lasting harm can occur. Simply reload the web page and refrain from using FormFill on that page.
Subscription payments are managed by Stripe.com.
Subscription payments for FormFill will mention FormFill or WebDev LLC in your bank transaction record.
Billing will continue on a monthly basis, until you cancel a subscription.
If your subscription billing fails Stripe will retry the billing several times. If Stripe is unable to obtain payment after the allowed number of attempts your subscription will be cancelled and your product will cease to work.
Email notifications from Stripe about failed payments will contain a link to this page to describe your options.
To continue your subscription before retries are exhausted you should update the card used by Stripe for your subscription payments:
If Stripe cancels your subscription, due to reaching the payment retry limit, your subscription will be cancelled at Stripe.
Shortly after that occurs your product will cease to function.
If you wish to continue using the product you must make a new order and supply a new payment method.
You will need to remove the original product from your computers, and obtain replacement copies associated with the new order.
There is a two week free trial period for your initial FormFill subscription. You will be automatically notified by Stripe 7 days prior to the first billing at the end of the trial period.
If you cancel your FormFill subscription within the trial period, before Stripe attempts to bill your card, you will not be charged, and your account will be cancelled.
You may cancel your FormFill subscription at any time.
When you cancel a subscription, all copies of FormFill associated with that order will cease to function.
When you cancel a subscription, there will be no refund from the current paid monthly billing, unless requested.
